PingNearby is a service provided by HUIWANLI LLC. It is a free Chinese-language search platform that helps users in the United States find local service providers that show recent public business activity and can be contacted directly. We display business listings with public contact information; we are not a party to, and do not broker, any transaction between users and the businesses listed.

We reserve the right to adjust, add, or retire features of the service at any time. Significant changes will be announced on this website or by email where appropriate.

2. Accounts & Sign-In

Some features (such as submitting a listing, claiming a business, or the account center) require you to register or sign in. You can sign in with Google or via an email verification code. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us promptly.

3. Business Listings & User Submissions

Listings on PingNearby are compiled from submissions by businesses and users and from business information that businesses have made public in the course of promoting their own services. Published content is subject to our review and moderation processes, and we may decline, edit for format, or remove any listing at our discretion.

When you submit content (business details, images, descriptions), you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful, and you grant HUIWANLI LLC a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform in connection with the service.

Business owners may claim their listing, correct their information, or request removal at any time — through the feedback option on the business page or by emailing [email protected].

4. Claiming a Business & Phone Verification

To protect businesses from impersonation, claiming a listing may require verification of ownership — for example, entering a one-time verification code sent by SMS or voice call to the business phone number shown on the listing, or completing a manual review. By initiating phone verification you confirm that you are authorized to use that phone number on behalf of the business. We may revoke a claim that we later determine was made by someone not authorized to represent the business.

5. Acceptable Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

· Post unlawful, false, infringing, or offensive content, or impersonate any business or person;
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website's systems, data, or other users' accounts;
· Use automated programs to scrape, attack, or interfere with the normal operation of the website;
· Use contact information displayed on the platform for bulk unsolicited marketing;

8. SMS / Text Messaging

HUIWANLI LLC, operating as PingNearby, may send SMS text messages consisting of one-time verification codes (for example, to verify a business claim) and informational or transactional service messages relating to your listings, submissions, service requests, and account notices, only where you have provided valid consent. We do not send unrelated bulk marketing messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of using our services. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
